Freedom is Maturity, License is Childish
Posted on November 11, 2009“Freedom is maturity; license is very childish. Freedom is possible only when you are so integrated that you can take the responsibility of being free. The world is not free because people chose not to mature.
Revolutionaries have been doing many things down the centuries, but everything fall short of this freedom. Utopians have been continuously thinking of how to free mankind, but nobody bothers, because man cannot be free unless he is integrated.
Is only a Buddha can be free, a Mahavira can be free, a Christ, a Muhammad can be free, a Zarathustra can be free? If freedom means being aware, the you are a decision away.
If you chose not be aware or awake then the State is needed, the government is needed, the police is needed, the court is needed. Then freedom has to be cut and eliminated from everywhere. Then freedom exists only in name; in fact it doesn’t exist in the presence of need.
How can freedom exist when the need of governments exist? It is impossible to be free and be in need at the same time” – Osho revised

Either way it was a well thoughtout and nice read so I figured I would leave you a comment. Feel free to check out my website sometime and let me know what you think.
